In S romania near DANUBE , at 18.5KM North signals METEOROLOGIC SCATTTERS persist at HIGH levels and big openings . I tested 2 days , and fenomens contiune in center day to afernoon time . THis manifestation appear when temperature up to 26°C and sun is at center sky .
