Sprites are large-scale electrical discharges that occur high above thunderstorm clouds, or cumulonimbus, giving rise to a quite varied range of visual shapes flickering in the night sky. They are triggered by the discharges of positive lightning between an underlying thundercloud and the ground.Sprites are sometimes inaccurately called upper-atmospheric lightning. However, sprites are cold plasma phenomena that lack the hot channel temperatures of tropospheric lightning, so they are more akin to fluorescent tube discharges than to lightning discharges.

Sprite spots detected after thunderstorm bulgarian today.
Spot propagation via sprite lightings add 2 to 12seconds signals radio constant or hard variations.

At 03:07 start in south romania a strange fenomen with variations noise and rare fenomen with equivalence bad andena with low noise band , equivalent with blackout .

I read all possible conclusions of this evenment and 2 radioamators say solar interference for created by suspots . Please verify with a simple receiver up to 170-199mhz noise in band . In this period possible start storms radio created by sunspoots and in band fm 87.5-108 are received all fenomens at ½ on power of the 177mhz .
