Secondary radioamator create a tangle with spooradic. Troposcatters in radioamator mind is e-skip :
2 beginers dxers are in romania when not know dx and create abreviations, rules, and flames.
1 radioamator need dx contest european via troposcatters with many states , with reception on receivers of rds without mp3 material or print screen rds pc decoded via rs232.
1 radioamator need a dx in mountains to catch all stations european and local.
Rezultat is 0!
And now laugh moment is very good for this "iuzers"!

"In period 1.1.2012 to 15.01.2013 dxers post many receptions EUROPEAN, with RDS with movies. Not allow MP3 with scattering , MS, E-skip. Not allow RDS print SCREENS with amy rds decoders via RS232. Neeed only RDS displayed on RECEIVER on movies. Troposcatter need 4 seconds, or Meteor scatters on receptions only with RDS dispalyerd on receiver. All dxers add rules on this "

Troposcatters at 32dB, e.g, not have rds decodable on PI,
MS at 26dB, not detectable rds, or receivers not decode stereo correct.
In explains appear sequences with rds displayed incoerent at 38dB. But stations not have setup 57khz carriers at 4.0%.
